By clicking the “I Agree” button, Logging in or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
‘Study and Masti’ hereby grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the ‘My Happy Astro House’ software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this End User Licence Agreement. You are permitted to load the ‘My Happy Astro House’ App (for example a PC, laptop, mobile or tablet) under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the My Happy Astro House App.
License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.
‘Study and Masti’ reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
‘Study and Masti’ shall at all times retain ownership of the Application as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the Application by you. The Application (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the Application, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of ‘Study and Masti’. ‘Study and Masti’ reserve the right to grant licences to use the Application to third parties.
We do not store your data except E-mail id . You can delete your account any time from profile page by clicking on “Delete account” button. Our application may ask for GPS permission and File Access. We do not collect your Location information. Our application needs local coordinates for calculation and the data is stored locally in your device.
The information given by the Service is for general guidance on matters of interest only. Even if the ‘Study and Masti’ takes every precaution to ensure that the content of the Service and application is both current and accurate, errors can occur. Plus, given the changing nature of laws, rules and regulations, there may be delays, omissions or inaccuracies in the information contained on the Service.
‘Study and Masti’ is not responsible for any errors or omissions, or for the results obtained from the use of this information.
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Study and Masti.
‘Study and Masti’ may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from StudyAndMasti in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from your mobile device or from your desktop or any of from the electronic devices.
Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your mobile device or from your desktop or any other device.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Amendments to this Agreement ‘Study and Masti’ reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is a material we will provide at least 5 Days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
